Welcome to the Rancor Speeder Bikers. Every member, from the newest recruit to the most experienced rider, contributes to the identity and reputation of the Club through daily conduct, craftsmanship and mutual respect.
The Creed, Charter and Constitution form the foundation of the Outpost. The Rider's Guidebook does not replace those records; it translates them into practical member life. Read the Founding Documents first, then use the Rider's Guidebook as your guide for how we operate together.

THE HANDLE/NICKNAME
A Handle/Nickname represents earned identity within the Club. It is recognition of character, commitment and visible participation in the life of the Outpost.
Handle/Nicknames are not automatic. They are established through conduct, contribution, reliability and the trust built with fellow members over time.
Chapter IV
THE RANCOR PATCH
The Story Woven into Every Cut
Within the Rancor Speeder Bikers, a cut is far more than clothing—it is the visible story of the rider who wears it.
Every patch is earned through participation, commitment and contribution to the Club. They are never simply purchased or worn for appearance alone. Each one represents a milestone, a responsibility or an achievement, marking the journey of the individual behind the armour.
Every patch has a defined meaning and a designated place on the cut. Together, they form a visual record of a member's story, allowing those who know the Club to recognise experience, service and dedication at a glance.
From the first Rancor Patch awarded to a newly approved Rider, to specialist insignia and honours earned over time, every addition reflects a chapter in that member's journey.
No two cuts are truly identical. While every Rider wears the colours of the Gang with pride, the patches carried on each vest tell a unique story—one of craftsmanship, camaraderie, service and the adventures that have shaped the person wearing it.
A cut isn't bought. It is built. It is earned. And every patch has a story to tell.
Chapter V
RAIDS
A Raid is any organised deployment where members appear as representatives of the Club and the wider costuming community.

When deployed, members represent both themselves and the Club. Professional conduct, safety awareness and respect for organisers and the public are expected at all times.

THE OUTPOST
The Club's Discord server is the operational hub for day-to-day activity. It is where members coordinate, learn, build and support one another between deployments.

Chapter VII
CRAFTSMANSHIP
Craftsmanship is a core expression of Club culture. Members are expected to pursue continuous improvement, practical durability and presentation quality that honours the Club.
Quality is valued over speed. Members should build deliberately, seek feedback, refine details and use the Costume Reference Libraries as the official standard for approval expectations.
Chapter VIII
CAMARADERIE
Camaraderie within the Outpost is built on mutual respect, encouragement, professionalism and friendship. Members are expected to support each other in growth, accountability and shared standards.
The Charter and Constitution establish the principles that govern this culture. The Rider's Guidebook reinforces those principles through daily conduct and practical member behaviour.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I join the Club?
Begin through the recruitment process, engage in the Outpost, and work toward approved costume standards under guidance from experienced members.
Do I choose my specialist class immediately?
No. Every approved member begins as a Thug and progresses after demonstrating consistency, capability and commitment.
Are raids mandatory?
Participation is encouraged but event attendance depends on availability, suitability and operational planning.
Where do official costume standards live?
All technical approval standards are defined in the Costume Reference Libraries for each class.
How is membership maintained?
Through professional conduct, respect for Club standards, constructive participation and sustained contribution to community life.
