Charter of Rancor Speeder Bikes
Article 1 - Name
1. The Official Name of this Organisation shall be "Rancor Speeder Bikers" (RSB) and in person as "Rancor Speeder Club, Rancors or Rancors SC"
Article 2 - Purpose
1. Rancor speeder bikers exist to bring together adult enthusiasts of star wars costuming and (to a lesser extent) motorcycling in a spirit of friendship, fellowship and mutual respect. RSB is founded upon principles of independence, personal responsibility and shared passion for enjoying star wars related experiences.

2. Membership is considered a privilege rather than a right and may be granted, suspended or revoked in accordance with the rules and procedures established by the founders.
Article 5 - Governance
1. The organisation shall be administered by its founders and any officers appointed in accordance with the Bylaws.
2. The founders retain the authority to establish, amend or remove governing documents in order to protect the integrity, reputation and future direction of the organisation
Article 6 - Relations with other organisations.
1. RSB recognises and respects the contributions of established Star Wars costuming organisations and seeks to maintain positive relationships with them whilst maintaining its independence.
2. The organisation shall strive to co-operate with other groups in the interest of charity, community engagement, and the promotion of fandom.
Article 7 - Conduct
1. Members shall act with honour, common sense and mutual respect at all times when representing the organisation.

Article 8 - Expansion and growth.
1. Each local branch shall be known as a Chapter and named by the following example:
2. In order for a new chapter to stand up, it must have at least 5 members with approved costumes AND be in the process of building or ownership of a display quality Speeder Bike.
3. Those not local to an existing chapter may create a costume in accordance with the CRL's, resting the title of Nomad until such time a home chapter is formed.
Article 9 - Amendments
1. This charter may be amended by the founders, or by such procedure as may be established in the Bylaws to ensure the continued growth and success of RSB.
Article 10 - Motto
